Once the inmate is cleared for bail, the agent will then contact you with a place and time for you two to meet, so that you could fill out all of the necessary paperwork. When all of the paperwork is completed, the bail bonds agent will then take the paperwork to the jailer, who will then verify that all of the necessary information is complete. After that, the jailer will release the inmate to your custody so that he or she could await trial in the safety of their own home.
